Festival & Event Food Truck Vending

One Call Books Your Whole Food Lineup

Programming food is one of the hardest parts of running an event — and one of the most visible when it goes wrong. Food Trucks Catering by Tin Lizzy Concessions takes it off your plate: one call coordinates a complete, balanced food lineup for your festival, fair, concert or community event, drawn from our own trucks and our partner trucks, with menus planned so vendors complement each other instead of competing.

We do not just attend events. Tin Lizzy is the main mini donut vendor at Canada's largest fairs — the Calgary Stampede, Edmonton K-Days, the Regina Exhibition and the PNE — and helps cities and venues organize their food and food truck lineups, including at BC Place for major events. We have worked the Olympics and FIFA events.

What Organizers Get

For Every Kind of Event

City festivals, Canada Day celebrations, music events, rodeos, sporting events and holiday light festivals — if crowds gather, food done properly is part of the gate experience. We serve events across Metro Vancouver, the Lower Mainland and the Fraser Valley, and our fair circuit takes us across Western Canada all summer.

Schools and Community Carnivals

Running a school carnival or community fun fair? Alongside festival vending, we run school carnival lineups where Tin Lizzy brings 2 to 5 trucks with full kids' and adult menus and donates 10% of event sales back to the school — no booking fees and no minimum sales. It is the same professional operation, structured as a fundraiser.

How Booking Works

Vending terms differ by event — size, duration, exclusivity and services provided all factor in — so the right first step is a conversation about your site and your crowd. Reach out early: major summer weekends are committed well in advance, and lineup planning for large events starts months out. We will talk through attendance expectations, site layout, power and water, and the menu mix your audience expects.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many trucks can you coordinate for one event?

From a single anchor truck to a multi-truck food lineup. Between our own units and partner trucks, we build the lineup to your attendance, coordinated so menus do not overlap.

Are your trucks self-contained?

Yes. Our trucks bring their own power and water, which keeps site requirements simple. Tell us about your site and we will confirm placement needs.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes — fully licensed and insured, operating since 1995, with documentation available for venues, municipalities and insurers.

What does it cost an organizer to book a lineup?

Vending terms vary by event — attendance, duration, exclusivity and services all matter — so contact us for terms specific to your event. School carnivals are structured differently again, with 10% of sales donated back to the school.

How far ahead should organizers reach out?

As early as possible. Peak summer dates and major weekends are committed months in advance, and larger lineups need planning time.
