Food Truck Catering in Delta

A Familiar Sight at Delta Events
Food Trucks Catering by Tin Lizzy Concessions has served events since 1995, and Delta already knows our trucks — Ladner May Days is a standing stop on our fair circuit. We cater corporate lunches, school fundraisers and treat days, festivals, sports events and private parties across Ladner, Tsawwassen and North Delta with a licensed, insured crew that cooks fresh on site.
We are the main mini donut vendor at the Calgary Stampede, Edmonton K-Days, Regina Ex and the PNE, and we help organize food truck lineups including at BC Place. That means fair-season speed and reliability, whether the crowd is a village festival or a few hundred employees on a break.
The Lineup
Our own trucks serve the full crowd-pleasing lineup: mini donuts made fresh on site (our flagship), poutine with fresh-cut fries, real cheese curds and vegetarian gravy, Fhat Dawgs foot long and specialty hot dogs, tornado potato, bubble tea, lemonade and shaved ice, mac & cheese and grilled cheese, burgers, and fish and chips.
Port, warehouse and logistics crews along Delta's industrial corridors run on fixed breaks, so our flagship corporate package is built for them: burgers with fries or poutine, served fast, plus a fresh bag of mini donuts for dessert. Our LED mini donut truck can carry your company logo and custom messages on its LED signs.
Tacos or Greek instead? Our partner trucks — Los Tacos Hermanos for Mexican and G's Donairs for Greek — are booked through the same single call.
From May Days to Workdays
Ladner May Days taught us Delta's rhythm: big family crowds, tight service windows, and everyone wanting the classic fair foods done right. We bring the same operation to school treat days — early setup in a flat, visible spot, class-by-class service, no minimum order, no up-front deposit, and a margin for the school on every bag sold.
Gluten-free guests are covered with lettuce-wrap burgers and our uncoated fresh-cut fries; the poutine gravy is vegetarian as standard; and our mini donuts are vegetarian and peanut free, fried in non-trans-fat canola shortening.
Frequently Asked Questions
How much does food truck catering in Delta cost?
Events are booked to a minimum spend of $1,500–$2,200 CAD plus tax and 15% gratuity, depending on day and season. The minimum is a spend your order reaches — it is not an extra fee added on top.
Do you cater school fundraisers and treat days in Delta?
Yes. Mini donut treat days have no minimum order and no up-front deposit. We serve class by class and the school earns a margin on presale and on-site bags.
Can you feed a shift crew on a short lunch window?
Yes — that is exactly what our fair crews train for. Burgers, poutine and hot dogs are fast builds, and we staff the truck to your headcount and window.
