Food Truck Catering in Mission

Melt Town Grilled Cheese & Poutine truck serving events in Mission, BC

Big-Event Food for a Growing City

Food Trucks Catering by Tin Lizzy Concessions has served events since 1995, and we bring a fair-sized operation to Mission: corporate lunches, school fundraisers and treat days, festivals, sports events and private parties, all handled by a licensed, insured crew that cooks fresh on site.

We are the main mini donut vendor at the Calgary Stampede, Edmonton K-Days, Regina Ex and the PNE, and we help organize food truck lineups including at BC Place. That means short lines and hot food — at a show night at the Clarke Foundation Theatre, a race day at Mission Raceway Park, or a gathering on the Fraser River waterfront.

The Lineup

Our own trucks cover the full fair-food lineup: mini donuts made fresh on site (our flagship), poutine with fresh-cut fries, real cheese curds and vegetarian gravy, Fhat Dawgs foot long and specialty hot dogs, tornado potato, bubble tea, lemonade and shaved ice, mac & cheese and grilled cheese, burgers, and fish and chips.

Our flagship corporate package — burgers with fries or poutine, plus a fresh bag of mini donuts for dessert — is the one Mission employers keep rebooking. Our LED mini donut truck can show your company logo and custom messages on its LED signs, turning lunch into a brand moment.

For tacos or Greek, our partner trucks Los Tacos Hermanos and G's Donairs are booked through the same call, so one booking can run a whole multi-truck lineup.

Set Up for Mission

Mission events spread from downtown to the waterfront to the racetrack, and our trucks are self-contained — we roll in, set up in a flat, visible spot, and serve. School treat days run class by class so service stays quick and organized, and the school earns a margin on every bag sold.

Gluten-free guests are covered with lettuce-wrap burgers and our uncoated fresh-cut fries, and the poutine gravy is vegetarian as standard. Our mini donuts are vegetarian and peanut free, fried in non-trans-fat canola shortening.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does food truck catering in Mission cost?

Events are booked to a minimum spend of $1,500–$2,200 CAD plus tax and 15% gratuity, depending on day and season. The minimum is a spend your order reaches — it is not an extra fee added on top.

Do you cater school fundraisers and treat days in Mission?

Yes. Mini donut treat days are a house specialty: no minimum order, no up-front deposit, and fast classroom-friendly service. The school earns a margin on every presale and on-site bag.

Can you serve a big crowd at the racetrack or a festival?

Yes — big crowds are our background. We have worked events up to the Olympics and FIFA, and our crews are trained on high-volume fair service all summer long.

What menus work best for a corporate lunch?

The flagship package: burgers with fries or poutine, plus mini donuts for dessert. Add bubble tea, lemonade or a second truck for a large crew or mixed tastes.
