Our own trucks cover the foods crowds line up for: mini donuts (our flagship), poutine (fresh-cut fries, real curds, vegetarian gravy), hot dogs, tornado potato, bubble tea, lemonade and shaved ice, mac & cheese and grilled cheese, burgers, and fish and chips.
For schools, our Mini Donut Treat Days and School Carnivals are built for New West PACs — simple to run, classroom-friendly, and the school keeps 10% of carnival sales back. Our flagship corporate package pairs burgers with fries or poutine, finished with a fresh bag of mini donuts for dessert, and our LED mini donut truck can carry your logo and custom messages on its LED signs.

New West events are community events first: neighbours, school families and local teams, all in one line. Our crews train in the busiest conditions in the business all fair season, and we scale that down happily for a single-city crowd. School treat days run simply: we arrive early, set up in a flat, visible spot, and serve class by class.
Gluten-free guests are covered with lettuce-wrap burgers and uncoated fresh-cut fries, and our poutine gravy is vegetarian as standard.

Lettuce-wrap burgers and uncoated fresh-cut fries cover gluten-free guests, and our poutine is made with vegetarian gravy. Our mini donut mix contains wheat, milk, soy, egg and barley; the donuts are vegetarian and peanut free, fried in non-trans-fat canola shortening.
