Food Trucks Catering by Tin Lizzy Concessions has fed crowds since 1995. We are career fair operators — the main mini donut vendor at the Calgary Stampede, Edmonton K-Days, Regina Ex and the PNE — and we bring that operation to Chilliwack for corporate lunches, school fundraisers and treat days, festivals, sports events and private parties.
From game nights at the Chilliwack Coliseum to events in Garrison Crossing, we handle the food so you can run your event: one call books the truck, the menu and a licensed, insured crew.
The Lineup
Our own trucks serve the foods people line up for: fresh mini donuts made on site (our flagship), poutine built on fresh-cut fries with real cheese curds and vegetarian gravy, Fhat Dawgs foot long and specialty hot dogs, tornado potato, bubble tea, lemonade and shaved ice, mac & cheese and grilled cheese, burgers, and fish and chips.
For corporate crews, our flagship package is the proven one: burgers with fries or poutine, plus a fresh bag of mini donuts for dessert. Our LED mini donut truck can display your logo and custom messages on its signs — catering that doubles as a billboard.
Craving tacos or Greek? Our partner trucks, Los Tacos Hermanos and G's Donairs, are coordinated through us, so both join the lineup with the same booking.

Chilliwack employers along the Highway 1 corridor run on tight lunch windows, and so do we: poutine and burgers are fast builds at the window, and our crews train all summer on festival lines, so a few hundred lunches in an hour is a normal day. School treat days are just as smooth — early setup in a flat, visible spot, class-by-class service, and a margin for the school on every bag sold.
Dietary needs are handled without a second menu: lettuce-wrap burgers and uncoated fresh-cut fries for gluten-free guests, and vegetarian gravy on the poutine.
