Food Truck Catering in Abbotsford

The Mini Donut Factory serving fresh mini donuts at events in Abbotsford and the Fraser Valley

Catering That Shows Up Ready

Food Trucks Catering by Tin Lizzy Concessions has served events since 1995, and Abbotsford already knows us: we run the mini donut stand at Rogers Forum, home of the Abbotsford Canucks, for every home game. That same licensed, insured, fair-season crew caters corporate lunches, school fundraisers and treat days, festivals, sports events and private parties across Abbotsford.

Feeding a warehouse team at lunch, a whole school at recess, or a festival crowd at Tradex or the Abbotsford Centre — one call books the truck, the menu and the crew.

The Lineup

Our own trucks cover the foods crowds line up for: mini donuts (our flagship, made fresh on site), poutine with fresh-cut fries, real cheese curds and vegetarian gravy, Fhat Dawgs foot long and specialty hot dogs, tornado potato, bubble tea, lemonade and shaved ice, mac & cheese and grilled cheese, burgers, and fish and chips.

Our flagship corporate package pairs burgers with fries or poutine, finished with a fresh bag of mini donuts for dessert. Our LED mini donut truck can carry your company logo and custom messages on its LED signs, so the catering doubles as branding.

Want tacos or Greek? Our partner trucks — Los Tacos Hermanos (Mexican) and G's Donairs (Greek) — book through the same single call, so one booking feeds every taste at your event.

Built for Abbotsford Events

From Canucks game nights at Rogers Forum to summer crowds at the Abbotsford Airshow, we are built for big service windows and tight turnarounds. School treat days run simply: we arrive early, set up in a flat, visible spot, and serve class by class so nobody misses recess. Corporate lunches get the same discipline — hot food, short lines, and a site left clean.

Gluten-free guests are covered with lettuce-wrap burgers and our uncoated fresh-cut fries, and our poutine gravy is vegetarian as standard.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does food truck catering in Abbotsford cost?

Events are booked to a minimum spend of $1,500–$2,200 CAD plus tax and 15% gratuity, depending on day and season. The minimum is a spend your order reaches — it is not an extra fee added on top.

Do you cater school fundraisers and treat days in Abbotsford?

Yes. Mini donut treat days are a specialty: no minimum order, no up-front deposit, and classroom-friendly service that keeps lines moving. Schools earn a margin on every bag sold.

Can you handle a large festival or sports crowd?

That is our home turf: we are the main mini donut vendor at the Calgary Stampede, Edmonton K-Days, Regina Ex and the PNE, run the stand at Canucks home games, and help organize food truck lineups including at BC Place.

What about gluten-free or vegetarian guests?

Lettuce-wrap burgers and uncoated fresh-cut fries cover gluten-free guests, and our poutine is made with vegetarian gravy. Our mini donut mix contains wheat, milk, soy, egg and barley; the donuts are vegetarian and peanut free, fried in non-trans-fat canola shortening.
