Food Trucks Catering by Tin Lizzy Concessions has served events since 1995, and Langley knows our trucks well. Every Christmas season we run three trucks at Glow Langley, and you will find us at the Langley Christmas Village, the Langley Events Centre, and in Fort Langley at May Day. That same licensed, insured crew caters corporate lunches, school fundraisers and treat days, festivals, sports and private parties across Langley — Willowbrook, Walnut Grove, Murrayville and Fort Langley — and nearby Aldergrove.
Feeding a warehouse team at lunch, a school at recess, or a December crowd under the lights — one call books the truck, the menu and the crew.
The Lineup
Our own trucks cover the foods crowds line up for: mini donuts (our flagship), poutine (fresh-cut fries, real curds, vegetarian gravy), Fhat Dawgs foot long hot dogs, tornado potato, bubble tea, lemonade and shaved ice, mac & cheese and grilled cheese, burgers, and fish and chips.
Our flagship corporate package pairs burgers with fries or poutine, finished with a fresh bag of mini donuts for dessert. Our LED mini donut truck can carry your logo and custom messages on its LED signs, so the catering doubles as branding.

Langley's calendar runs from summer fairs to the busiest Christmas season in the Valley, and our crews work both — donuts fried to order under the lights at Glow, and fast, hot service year-round for sports crowds, schoolyards and office lunches. School treat days run simply: we arrive early, set up in a flat spot, and serve class by class. Corporate lunches get the same discipline — short lines, full portions, a site left clean.
